On Wednesday June 15th, brother Clint Shive (V.P. Finance) went to the Ruck Leadership Institute in Richmond, VA. The majority of his time at Ruck was spent in small group meetings learning about leadership and how to lead your fraternity to a more successful place and talking about everyones experience in their own chapters across the country. 

Clint did a high ropes course that required teamwork and had to help one another get through the course. Steve Shanklin gave the members of his group a tour around and talked about greek and SigEp history. They also played an ultimate frisbee tournament which is great for team building. The group picture was Clint’s small group- “Team Hartman”.

On Sunday when they departed they got to visit the Zollinger house and tour that after the closing dinner.
