Last week, our brother Ayden had the incredible opportunity to connect and network with brothers from all over the country at SigEp’s prestigious Ruck Leadership Institute. This unique event brought together leaders within our fraternity to learn, grow, and build relationships that will last a lifetime.
The Frank J. Ruck Leadership Award is presented each year at Carlson Leadership Academies to a chapter or individual who shows outstanding campus or community leadership and makes significant positive changes on the campus or community.
Here’s what Ayden had to say about his experience:
“Ruck was an experience I’ll forever be grateful for. I was able to bond with brothers from across the nation, develop my leadership skills, and make memories I’ll never forget, all while learning what it means to be in Sigma Phi Epsilon.
My favorite memory is going on the Founders Walk. We could stand right where our 12 founders stood and learn about their contributions to our fraternity.
Thank you, SigEp—it was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience.” Ayden’s journey reflects what it means to be a SigEp: growing through leadership, embracing brotherhood, and honoring the legacy of those who came before us. We’re proud of Ayden and excited about the impact he continues to make within our chapter!
